Oh, because your style of parenting has obviously been very effective so far. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME HOW ARE PEOPLE THINKING THIS IS AWESOME?  It’s hugely destructive of any chance of a healthy parent-child relationship they could have, ignorant to the reality that teenagers say stupid shit and that’s just part of life, and holy shit my geek heart almost stopped when he shot that laptop.  Not good, not even fucking okay.
